You can book by clicking the Book Now button on any property, filling out the contact form, or reaching out to us directly via WhatsApp or phone. We'll confirm availability and send you payment details.

What payment methods does MK Residence accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and cash payments. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on arrival.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon) the next day. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

Is airport pickup available?

Yes! We can arrange airport pickup from Kotoka International Airport for an additional fee. Contact us at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange this service.

Absolutely. All our properties are in secure, gated communities with 24/7 security. Properties also feature secure locks, and some have CCTV monitoring.
